Trekking Itinerary

Day 3: Lama Hotel to Langtang Village

  • Continue along the Langtang Khola, with views of Langtang Lirung.

Day 4: Langtang Village to Kyanjin Gompa

  • Trek to the spiritual center of the Langtang region, with optional hikes to Kyanjin Ri for panoramic views.

Day 5: Acclimatization Day at Kyanjin Gompa

Day 6: Kyanjin Gompa to Lama Hotel

  • Retrace steps back to Lama Hotel.

Day 7: Lama Hotel to Thulo Syabru

  • Descend to the village of Thulo Syabru.

Day 8: Thulo Syabru to Shin Gompa

  • Climb through forests to reach Shin Gompa.

Day 9: Shin Gompa to Gosainkunda

  • Trek to the sacred lakes of Gosainkunda.

Day 10: Gosainkunda to Ghopte via Lauribina Pass

  • Cross Lauribina Pass and descend to Ghopte.

Day 11: Ghopte to Kutumsang

  • Trek through forests and small settlements.

Day 12: Kutumsang to Chisapani

  • Continue through Helambu region villages to Chisapani.
Day 13: Chisapani to Sundarijal and Drive to Kathmandu
  • Trek to Sundarijal and drive back to Kathmandu.

Best Time to Trek

Spring (March to May): Blooming rhododendrons and moderate temperatures make this a beautiful time to trek.
Autumn (September to November): Clear skies and stable weather offer the best mountain views.
