I didn't expect such varied and tasty meals on a mountain trek! The Himalayan Forever kitchen crew and lodge cooks worked wonders. From hearty dal bhat to Tibetan bread and even apple pie in Kyanjin Gompa. We were always well-fueled. It’s a small thing that makes a huge difference on a long hiking day. Great food, great scenery, and a great team.

The optional climb to Tserko Ri (5,000m) was the ultimate challenge! Our Himalayan Forever guide prepared us well and paced the long ascent perfectly. The 360-degree view from the top, surrounded by snow-capped giants, was the single most breathtaking moment of my life. It felt like a personal summit. The team's focus on safety and encouragement made this daunting goal achievable. An absolute must-do for the adventurous!
