Trip Itinerary

Day 1 : Drive to Kuri village approx. 3, 200 m (150 km) - 05 hrs.

Morning an interesting drive on a car, coach as per size of a group heading east beyond Kathmandu valley. Enjoy the rural countryside villages and towns during the drives of 80 k.m on good paved road near Jiri town. Then the drive diverts on 70 k.m. on a rough dirt but smooth winding road to Kuri village for overnight halt.

Enjoy the comfort of a nice cottage type lodge and guest house, serving excellent meals on a large warm dining room.

Day 2 : Short hike to Kalinchowk Temple of Goddess Kali 3,842 m.

Enjoy the breakfast with surrounding beautiful views of snow-capped peaks and the rolling green hills. A short walk of few hours with climb to the top of a hill atKalinchowk Temple, dedicated to Hindu Goddess Kali. Get blessed by the priest if available, facing spectacular views of Central Himalayan peaks. Overlooking close views of Mt. Dorje Lakpa, Gaurishankar with an arrays of peaks. After a wonderful visit and hike to Kalinchowk Temple, back to the lodge for refreshing snacks and dinner.

Day 3 : Morning enjoy stunning views and drive to Kathmandu.

Morning catch glimpse of stunning scenery of Himalayan peaks, and having breakfast drive back to Kathmandu. An interesting drive on the same route with opportunity to observe the scenic country of Nepalese countryside and farm villages.
